You must be a subscriber to use this service. If you are currently not a subscriber and wish to be, you may submit a
subscription request with a $75.00 annual subscription fee. If you do not wish to become a subscriber, you can File Business Documents or Order Business Certificates and Copies Online by using Express Services. This service is an electronic submission of your request and it will be processed within one business day of receipt. There is a $10.00 express service fee that will be charged in addition to the standard filing or order fee. We accept Electronic Check (E-Check) or Visa/Mastercard as payment methods.
